Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be approved if the order has already entered fulfillment or shipping preparation.
Cancellation Fees

- After 2 hours but within 12 hours: A 5% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 10 business days.
Order Changes
Customers may request modifications to an existing order within 12 hours of purchase.

Orders That Cannot Be Modified
