How do I place an order?

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Please allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan packages into their systems. Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment.

Refunds

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours are free. Requests made after 2 hours but within 12 hours may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Can I cancel an order that has already shipped?
No. Once an order enters fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
