Kathleensports Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, our policy is here to make the return and refund process simple and straightforward.
1. Overview
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in new or gently used condition and should be returned with original tags and packaging whenever possible.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item(s), especially if damaged
Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions within approximately 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping
A return shipping label is included in the package for eligible orders and can be used when returning approved items.
Please follow the return instructions provided when your return request is approved. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to inventory availability.
If you would like a different size or color, please contact [email protected] before sending your item back.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Perishable goods
- Items that have been excessively worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

9. No Restocking Fees
Kathleensports does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
