These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kathleensports website at https://kathleensports.com and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by Kathleen Soares LLC.

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

• Products are offered subject to availability. Descriptions, specifications, pricing, images and availability may change without prior notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color, size or appearance may occur.
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are collected where required by law.
• Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. Orders affected by such errors may be canceled and refunded.

3. Orders

• Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example because of limited inventory, payment authorization failures, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. We will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
• You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing support@kathleensports.com. Requests received after processing has begun may not be approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped only within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to review it before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, website design, software and digital content — is owned by or licensed to Kathleen Soares LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8. Governing Law, Disputes & Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, where Kathleen Soares LLC is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Both parties agree to first try to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation, and then through binding arbitration where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court where allowed.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. United States Sales Only

Kathleensports sells and ships products only within the United States. Orders for shipment outside the United States are not accepted, and these Terms apply only to customers using the website and purchasing products within the United States.
