Shipping Policy

At Kathleensports, we strive to get your awesome t-shirts, hoodies, and gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping method to destinations within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 | Estimated delivery in 5 - 11 business days after processing.

Please note these are estimated transit times provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be activated and updated in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.

5. Delivery Delays

While we provide estimated delivery windows, Kathleensports is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.

If your package has not arrived 7 business days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee will apply to send the order to the correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the carrier's case details. We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon confirmation, arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping directly through our website. For international customers, please note the following important considerations that would apply if service becomes available:

  • The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Delivery times will vary significantly by destination country and are subject to customs processing delays.
  • Some items, due to size, material, or design, may not be eligible for international shipment.
