Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number) may be requested.
• Every return must be approved by our support team before it is sent back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear and pierced earrings.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contains the wrong item, or never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if the package never arrived). Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. After review, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email support@kathleensports.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and ship them back using the label provided.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. Your refund is processed after inspection (see Section 6).

Return shipping is always free for eligible returns. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
• We will email you when your refund has been issued.
• Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or where required by law.

7. United States Only

Kathleensports sells and ships only within the United States. Returns and refunds apply only to orders delivered within the United States.
